Limitation of the right of withdrawal
The right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason is not entitled to the consumer if he buys a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to his specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs
Article 38 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights: The right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts:

In the case of a purchase from the "OUTLET" category and full bars, the return rules are precisely regulated by the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), Art. 27.
